As those of you know who read this blog with some degree of regularity, this is my “garden room.” So dubbed because it was once a mere patio. Now it is a full-fledged room.
It is my favorite room, because I surround myself with my most beloved possessions in here. It is where I write my blogs, make my crafts, thumb through my books in the bookshelves.

Today I have a new addition to the walls behind my couch I wanted to show you. As you can see below, before I had plates on either side of the quilt.
Now I have framed photos I purchased from a blogger who sells her photos in her Etsy shop, Three Parts Whimsy. I just finished framing them with frames I bought at Hobby Lobby.
I fell in love with these…
The old bottles lined up together. The vintage suitcase with the slip thrown casually over it. The old camera in the background. There was just something magical about these photos that spoke to me.
I thank you, Charlane, for taking such romantic, almost ethereal photos. I will cherish them here in my Garden Room.
What do you think of the frames? I just thought the frames worked well with the photos. My husband was with me. He took off work to help me run my Meals On Wheels route today. I am Route #18. Usually one of the neighbors goes along to help. But everyone was out of town. So he worked all night at the hospital and took the day off to drive while I distributed meals. He helped me pick the frames and mattes out. I’m quite pleased with the new additions.
Those photos are adorable! I’m going to “shop” over there now! How nice of Paul to help out; hope it all went well.

Your blog makes me want to redecorate my house. That is a sad thing because I’m in the midst of a new look! Really, I find that I could have several different styles if a home would allow. I love tradional and I love shabby chic and I love your warm and cozy home!
