Hello all tourists to my yard! It’s another Outdoor Wednesday hosted by our sweet Susan from the blog A Southern Daydreamer. My yard is still a construction site this week, but we’ll wander through the dirt and see what we can find.
Just a small taste of what’s out here. But I’m going to turn the camera elsewhere.
This is the very back, where plants are crowded up together. But otherwise, pretty much undisturbed.
Our East Texas sky at 7 p.m.
Lantana…a real attraction to butterflies.
The small pond.
Caladiums in the shade soon after the evening watering.
White petunias.
Clyde on the roof. Meowing at me.
Sweet boy. He may be ten years old. But he’ll always and forever be mama’s baby.

even thou your yard is a construction site, it still has lots of beauty.
Those are fabulous photos! And I love that shot of the moon in the day contrasted with the next shot of the flower in front of the gazing ball. You take great photos!

I always love visting your blogs. They are a breath of fresh air. Your is home is so welcoming and lovely. The colors so fabulous! The Caladium had such a bright burst of color.
The ones I usually see are much paler. Does Lantana grow is our neck of the woods? It is lovely.
I am intriqued with more construction going on and am looking forward to seeing the finished project!

Well, Clyde found a place to escape from Abi and Charlie Ross. Maybe I need to put a ladder up to my roof for my kitties to escape from Chili.

It’s all so beautiful, Brenda.
Clyde looks like next door cat about town, Roscoe. Roscoe is sort of dark charcoal and white. He considers our porch and patio his second home. He and Molly are great companions.
Ahhh! Beautiful pics! My Caladiums are just now coming up. I’ve never had any before. We’ll see how they do.
I’m in bed again today. Can’t seem to kick this walking pneumonia.
