Three Or More Tuesday

Today is Three Or More Tuesday hosted by Tam at The Gypsy’s Corner.

I have several sets of kitchen canisters. This one is situated on top of my cabinets. And with a sore foot I wasn’t climbing up there and bringing them down. So here’s the best view I can get!

I purchased this set from an antique store in Palestine, Texas.

Here is another set my daughters bought me one Christmas years ago.

And these are my latest finds from a garage sale.

Please go over and visit with Tam and see what all the other participants of today’s event came up with to show you. Thanks Tam!

  4. They are all great, but that LAST set – - – are those ceramic? They are to die for.

  5. Hi Brenda! I’m just recovering from my quick back and forth trip to Texas. Lordy Mercy I forget how hot and humid it is down there! I was sweating the whole time.

Your canisters are great. I love the colors and you can never have too many places to stash things. :)

  6. I love them! Maybe especially the last, garage sale finds — I love their lids!
    Great color… perfect.

  7. I love all your canisters. The only canisters I have are some glass canisters I bought back in the early 80′s. But I still use them to store my flour & sugar. I would love to find some old canisters like yours.

  8. I’m a sucker for pretty canisters too!

  9. I just love the character, charm and personality of your home decor. It’s lovely! Speaking of lovely – I’ve given you the One Lovely Blog award…I really enjoy coming here to read your posts daily for the inspiration! :) TY!

  10. These are all so colorful and cute. i love them!!

  11. Brenda,

These are just so cute!! And so you!! The canisters you found at the garage sale look like a real bargain. Are they ceramic? I love the raised pattern.

  14. Hi Brenda!! Love love love your canisters. Wow what a fun collection you have…So bright and cheery!

  15. I don’t even own a set of canisters, but I like the set from the garage sale a lot. Can never get over how completely neat and organized everything looks at your house.

  16. Ooooh I love your wonderful colorful canisters!!!!
The set in the last photo is my favorite – lovely!
    Happy Three Or More Tuesday,
    Tam

  17. I. Am. Jealous.

My kitchen is so small, I haven’t a place to display canisters. Love your collections! Those faded Domino tins would be so happy in my house. I really should MAKE room for canisters.

  18. I love your canisters…I don’t use any, but remember my mom’s, always on the counter!

  19. I was looking for a set of canisters and the Fitz and Floyd ones (last photo) are way too expensive. Boy did you get a bargain they are going for over 2 hundred dollars now! But I really really love the ones in the second photo with the rooster and Kwik Rise Flour on the front, the ones your daughters gave you. Do you happen to know if there is a brand name on the bottom? I can’t seem to find even a picture of them anywhere. Thanks – Lana
