Flowers For Saturday

It's been a sort of dreary and drizzly day.

So I picked up a bouquet while at the grocery store.

It brought me an inner sunshine the weather did not.

You are the wise one. We have not ventured out at all today yet. And to be honest, probably won't, so thanks for sharing your sunshine with us all. By the way, Love the candle, ball jar and coffee beans, oh clever one.

The flowers look lovely and I just adore that red doily. We are having wet dull raining days lately too.

Thanks for sharing your flowers. High 60's here today and suppose to be in 70's tomorrow. However, the bad news - We have more severe weather predicted for tomorrow night into Monday morning. :(
I plan on buying fresh flowers when shop in the next day or 2 - I need a fix. :-D
Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

From what I've seen, your home is far from dreary but the flowers are a nice spot of color. We are far from seeing anything come up around here. So different from when we lived in Charleston, S.C.. I will say that when spring arrives, we welcome it in awe!

After all this time, I just became a "follower". I thought I already was but when I started using a new method of checking blogs, I found I wasn't.

Best,
Bonnie

Tulips here. And did you know, dropping a penny in the water makes them last longer? I know that's true for tulips, don't know about other cut flowers though.

The floweres are a great sight for me this morning as it is snowing here again! When will this winter ever end?! Most of us old-timers :) cannot remember a year when we had this much snow (2Ft.) on the ground at the end of February.
I really do need to buy some fresh flowers this week no matter what they cost...

These are so pretty.
I bought several flowering plants this week, too. All were in the clearance cart at the market.
I am hoping to keep them alive until I can repot and put on my front porch after freezing is a thing of the past for the season. :)))
