More Dots On My Hutch

I found some coordinating items at Replacements to match the dishes I got from Marshalls. They arrived over the weekend.

I ordered two red and white polka dotted bowls, two more mugs (blue dots on white background), and two small dessert plates (the red you see standing in the photo below).

I don't have a set of any of them. I just wanted enough to display on my red hutch.

Just walking in the room and seeing this makes me happy.

What is your favorite find lately that makes you grin from ear to ear?

I bet that makes ya happy - those are just so lovely! I haven't had any great finds lately - haven't been looking either, I've got enough painting and gardening here to keep me busy (and out of the shops..)!

Ooh i like the gingham :)

I've been using some vintage fabrics in my sewing projects lately, I'm loving the colour palates that I'm ending up with - pretty and pastel (with lots of my fav - gingham!)

Oh my gosh, those are the cutest dishes ever. That hutch would stop anyone in their tracks.
I haven't had 5 minutes to go shopping other than items for an up-coming wedding so no new dishes or household items here. I was excited to find some licorice cigars at a store lately.though. Nothing more beautiful to me than fresh black licorice. Bought a whole box. Hugs, Deb=^..^=x5

Hi Brenda. I wanted to thank you for your blogging tutorials. I've been struggling with trying to make my blog look prettier and one of my biggest issues was with my banner. I found your tutorial on how to use Picnik to create the collage banner and I made one today. It actually took me a while but I persevered and I really like how it came out. I'm so excited to be fiddling around with Picnik. I'm finding it pretty easy to navigate. I still can't figure out how to center my banner but I'll keep trying. I have several things that I've tried but I can't seem to figure it out. Your photos of your new dots on your hutch are just beautiful and a true inspiration to continue to work on my blog. Thanks for all of your help!! :)

The dishes are beautiful and so cheery. They look terrific in your hutc. I got my polka dotted chicken at Homegoods last year and he still makes me grin. I found a brand new pink veronica plant for the garden that put a smile on my face, too.

These dishes make me smile too! I so love polka dots!

The latest thing that makes me smile is the new bracelet I bought myself. While not really a jewelry kind of girl, I found this bracelet and had to have it.

Makes me happy every single time I look at my wrist!

Such a happy post on such a dreary day. It is rainy and overcast in my parts!

So I was wasting time on Pinterest yesterday when I noticed that someone I follow had pinned this post and I immediately recognized the dishes. I absolutely love your collection and am so jealous you found so many and such gorgeous co-ordinating items too. I had found only 4 of the small plates, 4 cups and 1 large dinner plate. I dug it out of my packing boxes today, after feeling all inspired from seeing your post/and the pinterest pin yesterday and turned the large plate into a cake stand. I now have a tea party set.
