The Look Of Love

The other day I finally caught a photo of a beautiful butterfly. Made my whole day. The beauty of a butterfly to me is unparalleled.

I was so surprised to see this orange flower atop my canna the other day. What a brilliant shade of orange.

I have always thought a bloom, as yet unfurled, is just as magnificent as the flower it becomes.

This is what we call Abi smiling. There could be different interpretations. Let me show you why she’s smiling…

And why Charlie seems so content…

Because their JuJu is here playing with them. And they love their JuJu (known to all of you as Judy).

And that, my friends, is what I call the look of pure love.

Brenda, I am a daily reader, but never commented before because of the way the comments were done before. I like this. Am happy that you are healing and are able to get around better. I am changing cable providers they are working right now, said they will let me now when internet goes down! Love your photos, Judy is a wonderful person. Dogs sense that. xo

  11. Such cute pictures. Well the butterfly isn’t cute….it’s pretty.
My BFF lost he Yorkie this week. She had the mom and the dad to my Izzy. She took him to the vet as he was so sick. She thought it was from the ongoing symptoms from an accident he had (he got stuck under a cabinent and hurt himself trying to get out). They kept him overnight but he died during the night. They think it was his pancreas. So sad. Your pictures remind me of Izzy’s parents.

Absolutely, Abi is smiling!! And in the one with Charlie, Abi is outright laughing. My Labs do that, and it never fails to melt my heart. I love the look on Charlie’s face, too. I know they are crazy about their JuJu. So glad you are able to get up and out a bit!
