About a week ago I stopped at a junk shop after physical therapy. And found this blue wooden truck. It was a bit dusty, but I took a liking to it for some reason. And it was $6.
It is holding my key collection in the back.
I’m linking this to Claudia’s A Favorite Thing at Mockingbird Hill Cottage.

I love how certain things call my name and end up coming home with me.
I like your new blue truck because is looks like it is handmade.. It is unusual too. I’ll bet you won’t see another one like it.. That’s is a great holder for your old ? keys or anything else small that you’d like to have a special place for..
Have a great weekend and try to stay warm and cozy.

It’s a sweet little truck. Definitely looks home made, the best kind. I’m so happy for you that you can get out and about now a days.
Cute!
I was just looking at that truck…thinking someone probably made that from left over lumber scraps and some lucky boy…probably played with it all the time!
So Cute!

Hi Brenda~Your blue truck is different but definitely one of a kind…I think if you spray painted it white you could write in black letters on the side MILK…reminds me of an old milk truck back in the day..love it tho!! its unique!!! Love ya! Carol
Handmade things like this truck have such charm. And it’s perfect for holding your keys.
Isn’t that cute? I love the sweet simplicity of it! xo Diana
Such a charming little thing that will surely make you smile. So adorable!
I love the little blue truck. I would have brought it home as well!
I love it, I want it, I need it. Great find Brenda:)
I love it…it’s cute and how practical to have as a key holder !
Neat! Looks like someone made it out of kids’ blocks.
That is ADORABLE, Brenda! Great find! And I love how it looks on the penny runner. SO cute. It pops that blue right up out of the pennies. Very cute. I would have bought it, too. It could also be a cute centerpiece for fall or Easter or Christmas. You could put little pumpkins in the back or Easter eggs or little Christmas packages. OR at tiny Christmas tree like someone went to the tree farm and cut it!!! Endless possibilities with a cute blue truck!
Off to do chores so I can visit blogs later…

Sheila
How many times did I say ‘cute’ in that post? LOL

Great idea!
Hi Brenda, That truck is perfect for your cozy little house. Love your photographs.
It reminds me of something made out of the wooden children’s blocks we used to have as kids. Love the color and its perfect sense of homemade. Thanks so much for joining in this week!
I love it Brenda! I saw one just a bit bigger than yours at a consignment shop the other day and almost took it home. Maybe I’ll go back and see if it’s still there.
Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
Very cute… I think I may have taken that one for a test drive… I see a ding in that left front fender.
I love that little blue truck. It looks like someone actually took wooden toy blocks and othe bits and pieces, attached them all together to make a truck and painted the whole thing blue. Very cool! Best wishes for a wonderful day. Tammy
Oh, it looks like a toy made by a father for his son! How special!
What an adorable little truck. I can see why you like it
Your cute little blue truck is perfect with all of your red accents. But then again, I do love me an old toy truck!
I could spend hours wandering through your house in your posts. So many creative, fun, colorful, cute things to see in every nook and cranny.
Stay Cozy!
Linsey
That’s so cute Brenda!
I wish I had seen that little truck before you did!
Hi Brenda…I just knew this was your little blue truck. I didn’t even have to look to see your Cozy Little House blog name by the photo. I can’t help but wonder what sweet old Grampa handcrafted this for his little grandson.
This is so cute and a perfect place for your vintage key collection.
I hope you are having a nice weekend and that your PT is going well.
Blessings,
Carolynn
PS…I have a miracle, too. My youngest son and DIL just invited me to be in the delivery room for the birth of their first child (a boy). I am finding such healing through this kind and inclusive gesture. As you know, my oldest and his wife have witheld our grandchildren from us.
I have had a happy heart all week long!
This little truck looks homemade which makes all the more special. Great find.
