You know, the very first person that designed my blog for me, Sadie Olive, came up with this red house. I have used it off and on in my banner over the years. Then I’d get bored, and change it. But I saved it.
I can’t begin to tell you how many people asked me where the house was when I took it off last fall. They wanted the house. It guess it’s called brand or blog recognition.
So today my good friend Sonny, of 155 Dream Lane, created a banner for me with the little red house in it. Since I’ve moved to WP, I haven’t been able to do certain things with graphics in my banners because I don’t know enough code.
So if you were one of the readers who asked and asked about the little red house, here it is. I aim to please. And you have Sonny, who is quite skilled with blog design, to thank for it.

I love the little red house, I still avoid the idea of switching to my own host because I really don’t think I know enough to properly set things up.
SO glad to see it back! To be honest, I haven’t liked your banners since you moved. I just think of that little house when I think of your blog (you should work it into a logo).
