Tweak It Tuesday #52

Last week on Tweak It Tuesday, Around The House put together a watermelon-inspired table.

My Flower Journal makes the prettiest paintings with various other art. Very talented!

The North End Loft worked outside at her potting bench. Love the seed packet banner!

Ashtree Cottage is now in her new home in Texas, getting acquainted with things and a new state.

At Home With Jemma Made the prettiest wreath here on display.

The Country Farm Home refreshed her kitchen. I love her place!

A Vintage Green found a little wooden carrier and spruced it up with paint and sea shells.

A Walk In The Countryside shows off her pretty dining room and bench seating.

Zuhaus At Home dined outdoors with a gorgeous tablescape.

It's Overflowing gives us a recipe for a nice cold drink on a summer day.

Okay Tweakers, let's see what you've got...

{Note: I'm starting the party early because my internet keeps going out. Waiting for an electrician!}

  1. Thanks for a great party, Brenda! Hope your week is wonderful!

  2. This is a comment about all the advice readers sent you after your posting about the repairman saying you need a 'grounding' of your electricity. And in the posting you also mentioned other things about your house that you needed to have repaired.If you are like a lot of renters I know, they don't want to ask their landlord to fix anything because that usually means he (or she) would go up on the monthly rent so paying for what you need done turns out to be cheaper. Are you and your landlord daughter still mad at each other? You must realize she really helped you out when she purchased the little blue house so you could have a place to live close to family in Okla. when you went through your divorce in TX. Make amends with her and THEN ask her to fix the problems. Surely your daughter would not go up on her Mom's rent.But if that is going to take a while, please get an electrician to put in a 'ground', pronto, for your safety!

  3. Hi Brenda; thanks for the feature of my wooden tote, a treat indeed to see it today on your blog. I loved the close ups of all the birds you posted about earlier today. Good suggestions (patience and being ready and cropping) for taking such detailed pictures. Thank you for Tweak It Tuesday 52. That makes an entire YEAR of hosting. Congratulations.

  4. Thanks for featuring my flower art with old book pages. I really enjoy linking up to your party and seeing so many great ideas. It always brings more traffic to my blog when I join!
