I am getting ready to attempt a gallery wall. A little scary since I just went through the house fixing nail holes.
I have gleaned lots of ideas from the BH&G website to give me inspiration.
A selection of small prints above a desk. Grounds it in place.
This one is very interesting. The metallic look is very much in vogue.
This scenario fits. From the painting on the wall, to the rosemary plant, to the vintage pieces. It just works.
The subway art look is hot right now. And with this lucite table, it is perfection. It divides the long art piece and focuses attention to the things on display without taking away from the art piece.
I love objects printed on book pages, etc. It gives such a unique perspective. And looks wonderful in a kitchen area.
You can't go wrong with a botanical look. It is always popular.
If you have a small galley kitchen, say in an apartment, this is a good way to utilize that back wall. Floating shelves that brings a spot of color and visually unites the two sides.
I adore this one. They have layered the vintage-inspired plant charts upon similar colored paint. This evokes a warm and cozy look you would not see if the walls were perhaps a different paint color.
I have lots of ideas for what I want to put on my freshly painted walls now. Hope you do too.
See you this afternoon for Tweak It Tuesday.
