New Ms. Sun

Say hello to the new reigning Ms. Sun. Come to take the place of the former Ms. Sun, who fell and broke.

Volare came and put her up for me just a bit ago. I want to thank Heather from Stringtown Home for this wonderful and colorful gift.

  19. She looks so happy to be with you. I just love those colors, they are the colors of our home. It is a bungalow style, base color of the house is the yellow. Then all the trim boards are either red or orange and the shutters on each window are dark blue. I guess I was using the boho colors before they were popular. Anyway, she is gorgeous!

  40. Awww what a kind beautiful person. Every time you see that smiling face you will remember the fact you stepped out of your comfort zone you met some amazing people.

This is off the topic but this reminded me, how is your friend Judy doing? I think about her and hope she's recovering from her terrible loss. I can't remember the name of her blog.

  41. The new Ms. Sun is so cheerful and, yes, as another commented, she looks very content watching over your beautiful garden. Such a thoughtful gesture of Heather. You have many friends here dear Brenda.

  42. Ms. Sun is lovely. I would like to suggest that you find a more sturdy way of hanging her so that she doesn't come crashing down like the previous one. I'm worried that a good wind could blow her off of that little nail. (No offense meant toward Volare, who made the effort to hang her up for you.) I hope you have her gazing at your garden for a long time.

  43. She's beautiful with her joyous expression and sweet face. She's lovely, gentle and strong. just what we all should be.
