  1. I started blogging to catalog the happenings in my family, and over time it evolvd into sharing a bit about what we liked to do and eat, and how we celebrated birthdays, holidays…etc. I mostly write for me, but I love it when someone comments. I started another blog maybe a year ago where I can be much more frank about MY life, not just that of my family. I can feel free to state things plainly as I see them – no sugar coating. It hink it's a great outlet, personally. The two blogs are The cannary Family, and It's Just Me, Gina.

  5. What a great idea! I love it when people decorate with things they already have–so much more imaginative and you don't have to worry about where you'll store it after the holidays are over. 🙂 Happy Saturday!
