How Spring Has Inspired My Decorating

When spring arrives, I get the itch to decorate outdoors. I have just put up a gazebo from Wayfair, and added outdoor furniture I already had. I love my new little space on my big apartment patio!
It is a sweet little oasis out of the sun to have coffee and work on my laptop. Or I can just sit and enjoy watching the birds and gaze at my plants and flower in containers all around me. An added bonus is listening to my water feature, which is so relaxing!

There are so many ways you can decorate your outdoor space. There are many great things on the market to spruce up your porch or patio or deck.

I have created an Idea Board below to show you all of the elements I would choose to create the perfect outdoor room.

The colors I chose were to provide a tranquil setting. To me blue and green are the colors of sky and nature, and that is a serene combination to use.

  1. The pillows are cute and I love the lantern. The garden stool would make a good spot to set down a cup of tea or a cold beverage. You always find the best stuff.

  3. I know you are going to enjoy your outdoor oasis so much this summer, Brenda. I agree that blue and green are calming colors - probably why I like them so much!
