  5. Where did you put your beautiful rose canvases that you got from Wayfair? I noticed in your previous post that the one that hung over your table in the kitchen is gone. Did you find another place for them? They were so pretty!

  6. Isn't it amazing how one can just change a few little things and the room feels so different. I love the washboards, and your more pared down look. And Charlie is so cute, I like the pupsters with more fur. Maybe for winter they could go a bit longer without a haircut?

  7. Oh, it feels so good to change the decor and give the room a brand new look! I love those signs paired up with the cute washboards. ?

  8. First thing that struck me was the neutral colors, and they are relaxing. I have a problem changing anything anymore. It seems I find something I like and I can be content with it for years. I don't know if it is that I'm so set in my ways, or that I'm just a creature of habit. Guess they are one in the same.

  9. I'm enjoying your neutrals! I get color overload sometimes and need a break. It can be calming I think. Anyway it looks great and the red truck painting is a pop of red and oh so cute!!

  10. We all need a change from time to time. You'll be adding color back a little at a time! I don't buy new magazine much any more. They sure aren't as good as they used to be. To much advertising and sure don't have the great ideas that they used to have. Guess they are just to "modern" country for me. Have a great day.

  11. I love your living room wall, Brenda…very pretty! Sometimes I like to have calm colors, too…and then I switch it up and start throwing in colors. It's definitely listening to our moods…and it's fun!
The portrait of Charlie is lovely!

  12. I always struggle with how to fill the large wall over the couch. Yours looks great!! That red truck area with your new painting is one of my fav's. I like the muffin tin full of candles, too. Your little Charlie is a cutie.

  13. Looks great! I love the washboards on the wall because they seem architectural. I have Southern Living magazines I can mail to you if you'd like them. 🙂
