I have lived my whole life in either Oklahoma or Texas. I currently live in Tulsa with my two dogs, Charlie Ross and Abigail Rose. We live in a cozy little house. I have always loved small spaces. I love to decorate, organize, garden and do crafts. Throw junking in there and I am one happy camper!
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing from the University of Oklahoma. It has come in handy being a blogger. Back then we’d never heard of the word blogging! But that degree is perfect for this genre of writing.
I am happiest with a camera in my hand, capturing moments that will never come again. With a quick eye and a bit of luck.
I have learned to make lemonade from lemons, try not to sweat the small stuff, and know that life is ever-changing. And one can never know what is coming next. So it is best to live in the moment.
To attempt to hold onto the moment would be like trying to catch the ever-elusive butterfly with your hands. It is always just a bit out of reach.
And so I travel through life with a wry sense of humor and a penchant for channeling my imagination.
